The Design and Delivery of an OD Intervention
The Company: A leading merchant bank.
Their needs: The client was merging three key divisions to provide a more integrated offering of structured, hedging and trading financial instruments. They needed change management facilitation, and support for building the strategic agenda and leadership team.
What was delivered: A clear set of strategic objectives and strategic route map that was used as a key communication tool. The change management stream mobilized the workforce around building a set of common values through a process of talking circles in which all of the staff participated.
Input was provided into the restructure process and the heads of each business were supported in the development of their business strategies and team communication. The leadership team was taken through a team building intervention.
