Before becoming a management consultant, Michelle spent 12 years in the chemical manufacturing industry in sales, marketing and general business management roles.
After three years in Gemini Consulting, she established Michelle Moses & Associates and has been consulting in the areas of business strategy, organisational development, change management and diversity and inclusion.
She also designs and facilitates leadership and management learning interventions.

Andrea Borman Winter brings over seventeen years executive coaching experience to ShiftWorx. She provides individual and team coaching ( including 360 degree feedback coaching) to senior and middle executives from a variety of organisations in South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
She is an experienced group facilitator, develops leaders as coaches; and develops facilitators. Andreas distinctive expertise lies in working with leaders and leadership teams to enhance their capacity for insight, choice and action around their most difficult issues. She has designed and facilitated culture change programs for clients in the finance, mining and oil & gas industries in Southern Africa, in the finance, chemicals and construction industries in the US, and in manufacturing in Europe.
Colin works with corporate executives, established entrepreneurs and leaders of NGO’s who feel trapped and frustrated by competing day-to-day demands and want to achieve sustainable growth for their organisations. By freeing up their time and playing to their strengths they are able to make a bigger strategic impact while enjoying better work-life balance and less stress.
Colin has a background in education and management and more than twenty years’ experience in business consulting and coaching in Business Strategy & Growth, Leadership Development and Organisational Change.
